Help Mia raise money

Hello there! Thank you for checking out my fundraising page as I am running the Pittsburgh Marathon Relay to support Open Hand Ministries located in East Pittsburgh. This nonprofit organization was created to serve African American families who are struggling financially, economically, and simply need some help getting back on their feet. OHM works with neighborhoods to improve safety, hold financial workshops, advocate for ownership and responsibility and care for the wellbeing of the families they serve and support. Not only do I run for this awesome cause and organization, but I run because I love being outside exploring nature. I would consider myself a recreational runner but running helps me clear my mind, reset when I'm stressed, and improves my physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing! Last year I ran the Pittsburgh Half Marathon and wanted to switch things up this year and run with other people. Bridge the GAP is a team of other young adults who love to run whom I met at the church I attend, Northway City Campus. We are excited to come alongside OHM and are all training to get ready for race day. Thank you for taking the time to read my story!
