I'm so excited to run the streets of this city I love so well. Pittsburgh has made me the runner and the person I am. This city, and my neighborhood of the Northside in particular, are full of pain and promise. When I run its roads, I bear witness to both. My love for a place directly correlates to how many times my feet touch its sidewalk, and after logging mile after mile on Pittsburgh's hills and bridges, I truly adore this place and the people who call it home. 

That's why I'm so excited to be raising money for Urban Impact. UIF shares this love for Pittsburgh and its people. Committed to the holistic development of young people on the Northside, UIF's mission is to equip  youth to become the best versions of themselves through engaging arts, sports, and education, and, ultimately, meeting Jesus. Pittsburgh has real, tangible needs, and UIF is meeting them: one person, one family, one block at a time.
