My Story…
Hello! As most of you are aware, I run! I am currently registered to run the Pittsburg 1/2 marathon, May 5th! This race offers me the chance to fundraise for a worthy organization. I thought what a great chance to combine my running to make it beneficial to others as well as myself. Not everyone can run or wants to run but would like to help support a charity. I thought hard about the charity I selected as there were many well needing organizations. I hope you will consider donating to support both my running efforts and the Haiti H20 Hope to Opportunity. Description
Haiti H2O is a development organization based in Pittsburgh partnering to transform hope into opportunity in rural Haiti. Our approach is to take time to listen to local leaders and invest in their ideas, empowering them to make positive change. We currently work with four rural communities in areas such as education, health and sanitation, business initiatives, home construction, and livestock cooperative.
