My Story…
I started my running journey in 2013 with my first half marathon to raise money for Animal Rescue League to honor Winston who had just passed and Troegs who we had just adopted. Fast forward to 2023 and on that 10th anniversary I completed a full marathon honoring the departed Winston and Troegs, and to celebrate Lola our newest adopted family member. Each race y’all showed up and we managed to eclipse $1000 and I ran in a kilt. Overall we managed to raise over $10,500 for ARL (now HARP) during this era and I cannot be more thankful for your support to reach that amazing milestone!
This year I’ve decided it was time to start a new era, and I’ll be running the half marathon to raise funds for Animal Friends - another amazing shelter here in Pgh that might not be as well known but is doing great things, check them out!

My goal this year is to raise $500 and run in the kilt yet again.
