Hello! We are super excited to introduce you to DBR & CO's Amazing Kids Crew, a dedicated team of runners gearing up for the Pittsburgh Marathon. But this year we're running with a purpose!

Our Mission:

We've partnered with The Children's Institute to make a meaningful impact on the lives of #amazingkids. Our mission is to raise funds that will directly support the incredible work done by The Children's Institute, an organization devoted to empowering children and adolescents facing various challenges. Whether it's overcoming obstacles, achieving milestones, or simply experiencing the joys of childhood, The Children's Institute is there, making a difference.

Meet Our Team:

Jeremy Suschak, CFP®

Head of Business Development

As the Head of Business Development at DBR & CO, Jeremy focuses on building relationships with corporate partners, network partners, private institutions, and private clients to help them accomplish their goals. Active outside the office, Jeremy has organized events for the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank and Make-A-Wish Foundation, and is a member of the Pittsburgh Foundation's New Philanthropic Leaders group. Jeremy has completed several marathons, and is an avid golfer and outdoorsman.

Taylor Glock, MBA

Financial Advisor

As a Financial Advisor at DBR & CO, Taylor is responsible for developing and implementing financial planning strategies for private wealth management clients. Taylor has volunteered for over 10 years with Family House, which temporarily supports families in Pittsburgh seeking medical treatment. In addition to her volunteer work, Taylor enjoys learning how to crochet, exercising, traveling abroad, and spending time outdoors.

Loraine Montaye, CFP®, AIF®

Senior Retirement Plan Advisor

As a Senior Retirement Plan Advisor at DBR & CO, Loraine is responsible for managing relationships with DBR Fiduciary Plan Solutions clients and for advising retirement plan sponsors on fiduciary and investment matters. Outside the office, Loraine enjoys cooking, tackling home improvement projects, and finding adventures with her husband, Craig.
