Please consider sponsoring me in running this 10km to raise funds and awareness for two great causes near Mississauga. Lions Foundation of Canada Dog Guides is near and dear to my heart as I have volunteered with them and also have a friend who’s raising a puppy to serve as a future guide dog. Description
THP welcomes 1.7 million patient visits a year in facilities originally built to serve half that number. We see more patients in our emergency departments and urgent care centre than almost any other Ontario hospital. In the next two decades, our community will grow by a million more people, and half of our population will be living with at least one chronic condition such as diabetes, cancer or cardiovascular disease. While to Ontario government funds operations, community support is key to secure new technologies, especially for unplanned needs. Your support will help us support a growing population and offer a new kind of health care for a healthier community.
