I run for Our CASA Kids because...
Hi everyone! I am running the Champaign Half Marathon this spring on April 27th. This is my first half marathon and I am looking forward to running with the Champaign County CASA Team.
I first got involved with CASA after hearing a representative speak to my sorority about CASA and its mission in 2021. We learned about how the organization supports children who have been abused or neglected that are going through the court system. This was incredibly impactful and inspired my friends and I to get involved with and raise as much money as possible for CASA over the last three years. As I am graduating in the spring, I would love to make one last effort to give back to an organization that I have seen make an impact throughout my time on campus.
