My Story…
Helloo friends and family!
As many of you know, I am running my VERY first marathon in a couple of weeks!! Never in a million years did I think I would ever willingly run 42km...
When I first signed up back in October, I had the option to be a charity runner which means you get to run to fundraise/donate for a meaningful cause. I chose to be a charity runner for the BC Cancer Foundation.
As someone who has lost loved ones to cancer, it is incredibly important for me to raise funds to continue to advance cancer research and make cancer care more accessible for everyone. Think of this as a little grain of salt that we can all contribute to change cancer patients lives for the better.
