My Story…
I began running Fall 2023 for my mental health. My first ‘run’ on Sept 26 was 1.90km of pure struggle around my block. Since then, I look forward to the days I've scheduled in a run. It's become the closest form of meditation for my busy brain and an important part of my life.
This May I will be running 21km in the BMO with the Hahn Real Estate Group team. Our team is fundraising for the BC Cancer Foundation, a foundation that is close to each of our hearts.
