OSEG Foundation/Girls on the Run Ottawa

At the OSEG Foundation, our goal is to ensure all children and youth in our community have the opportunity to play, learn, and develop through sports.  By sharing our passion for sports through structured youth development programs such as Girls on the Run Ottawa, kids will have an opportunity to excel and reach their full potential.  

Girls on the Run Ottawa provides fun, evidence-based programs that inspire girls, in grades 3 - 8, to build their confidence, kindness, and decision-making skills. Dynamic lessons instill valuable life skills including the important connection between physical and emotional health.
