The Social Planning Council of Ottawa (SPCO) is a community development organization, empowering Ottawa's residents for leadership on issues affecting their social and economic well-being. Established in 1928, SPCO fosters community capacity for positive change, supporting diverse groups in planning, coordination, and action. Our projects target youth employment, digital equity, mental health, and inclusive leadership.
