Hi there! I'm running the Tartan Ottawa International Marathon on May 26 to raise awareness and funding for the Royal Ottawa Foundation for Mental Health.
The Royal, in addition to providing mental health services to those in need in our community, also conducts critical research into the functioning of the brain, and advocates publicly on behalf of those who are struggling with mental health challenges.
