I think I have participated in Race Weekend 18 times since 2005. During COVID the race was virtual and with the pandemic in hindsight, 72 yrs. young 😊 and semi-retired for 3 years, I am again (slowly) running the 5KM. I will again be joined by my wife, Debra and 16 year old grand-daughter, who will walk the distance. We are continuing to raise funds in support of family medicine education and quality care at The Ottawa Hospital. We would be grateful for your sponsorship!
