Guess what? I'm lacing up my sneakers and hitting the pavement for a 10k run – yeah, you heard that right! Now, I'm no running enthusiast, but I'm doing it all for Upstream Ottawa Mental Health Community Support. This organization is outstanding in its service to the community, providing personalized care for those dealing with mental health and substance use issues, including a program for Black youth led by Black clinicians.

As a board member, I've seen firsthand the incredible impact they have on our community. But here's the thing – they need our help to keep up with the demand.
