My Story…

On Nov 10, 2023 I discovered I could run 1K!  On Nov 12 I discovered I could run 3K and on Dec 20th I moved up to 5K!  Not bad for a senior citizen!  Please encourage my bucket list foolishness by making a donation to SPCAO, one of my favourite animal charities. Any amount is appreciated. And thank-you!
