Hello Family and Friends, I am walking 5 km in support of The Olde Forge Community Resource Centre. Our mission:  Empowering older adults and people with physical disabilities to maintain their independence through advocacy, referral and support services.

The Olde Forge Community Resource Centre is a non-profit charitable organization in the west-end of Ottawa. We offer quality programs and services to seniors and adults with disabilities living in their own homes. We support and encourage independence and community involvement.
