I am trying to get back in shape and lose a few pounds to improve my cardiovascular health. I haven’t run in a long time but I am committed to getting back into it! 

To motivate myself, I will raise funds for Thrombosis Canada. Thrombosis Canada is a charitable organization that promotes excellent patient care for patients with thrombosis, through high-quality knowledge translation, educational resources and point-of-care guidance for diverse groups of healthcare professionals, as well as delivering education for patients and the general public. As President of Thrombosis Canada, I have seen firsthand the great work that this wonderful charity accomplishes and the difference it makes for our patients. I use their resources daily in my clinical practice. To continue their great work, they need funding. Please consider donating to this great cause (or joining the Thrombosis Canada Runners team!). Je me remets en forme afin de perdre quelques kilos et améliorer ma santé cardiovasculaire. Cela fait longtemps que je n'ai pas couru mais je suis déterminé à m'y remettre!

Pour me motiver, je fais une levée de fonds pour Thrombose Canada. Thrombose Canada est une organisation caritative qui promeut l’excellence des soins aux patients atteints de thromboembolie veineuse grâce à ses ressources éducatives pour divers groupes de professionnels de la santé, ainsi que des programmes éducatifs pour les patients et le grand public.

En tant que président, j'ai vu de mes propres yeux le travail remarquable accompli par cette merveilleuse organisation et la différence qu'elle fait pour nos patients. J'utilise ses ressources quotidiennement dans ma pratique clinique. Pour poursuivre son excellent travail, l'organisation a besoin de fonds.
