Hey everyone!

My name is Chris (they/them/he), I'm a full time fitness professional living with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) and arrhythmia.
While gyms, sports and all things fitness are a major part of my day to day, running has always been challenging both physically and mentally.

I've founded Le Social [run] Club with some friends, we're a group of humans from different backgrounds and fitness levels. Together, we want to promote fitness, the joy of doing it with others and carve some space for all folks to land and be included.

As we continue prepping for the Ottawa Tamarack Race Weekend, we're happy to support Autism Speaks Canada (IG: autism speaks).
Living with ASD isn't always easy, between the meltdowns, the masking and being social. While it might be easy for others and unknown, it is quite the challenge to deal with on my own. In 2024, I've decided to educate myself and others and spread awareness on ASD.
