Mon histoire…

In 2019, I was hospitalized for an eating disorder and every since then, I've been dedicated to advocating for mental health care that is accessible, dignified, and client-centred. Upstream Ottawa Mental Health Community Support operates by those exact values, providing mental health and substance use health to youth, adults, and families in Ottawa so that they may lead self-guided and fulfilling lives. My goal is to raise $1,000 in support of their Unfunded Wellness Services. Will you help me?
