Hello 

I am a member of a group of walkers and runners raising awareness of pancreatic cancer, inspiring hope for survivors, and raising money for pancreatic cancer (PC) research at The Ottawa Hospital (TOH). 

Our team, MEMC (Make Every Moment Count), has participated in ORW nine times and raised $447,556. Our goal this year is to top $500k!!!!

We are supporting our captain, Sindy Hooper, now living with metastatic stage IV pancreatic cancer. She continues to defy the odds, living each day with gratitude and doing her best to make every moment count. She's giving back, encouraging others to be active, inspiring hope for other PC survivors, raising awareness and generating more funding for cancer research. 

We are asking for your help to take a moment and give from your heart to help find better treatments for pancreatic cancer (which would also extend to other cancers), to give people hope of surviving this devastating cancer. Every dollar that you give ensures that researchers at The Ottawa Hospital can continue working to improve outcomes for all cancer patients.
