Please help to support The Good Companions (TGC).
I am proud to say that I am on the Board of Directors of TGC. Supporting & advocating for seniors is very important to me. Residents and staff at Villagia in The Glebe have joined the TGC run team aka Walk & Roll!
TGC is located in Centre Town and supports the well being of the growing number of 55+ adults in Ottawa. These funds will help to support over 100 programs that provide much needed services.
TGC provides opportunities for seniors to participate in social, recreational, educational and volunteer activities and benefit from social and health services.
