The Royal is one of Canada’s leading mental health, teaching and research hospitals, providing specialized care to those 16 and older who are experiencing complex mental health conditions. 

In partnership with the University of Ottawa, their Institute of Mental Health Research brings together a dedicated team of professionals, scientists and advanced technology to prevent and treat mental illness. 

As someone who has turned to the Royal Ottawa Hospital for help, I understand the multiple challenges people face in their every day lives. I will continue to advocate for mental health awareness, and to do that, we need YOU.
