In celebration of 2024, my friends and I are forming an incredible running team to raise money for the Canadian Cancer Society! Many of our families and friends have been touched by this awful disease, and we are committed to making a positive impact. We are embarking on a fitness journey with a purpose – raising funds for cancer research, and support services through our participation in the 5km race at the Ottawa Race Weekend in May 2024.

While we may not all be seasoned runners, our enthusiasm and determination to contribute to a great cause unite us. Our shared commitment to reaching our fitness goals while making a meaningful difference in the fight against cancer will motivate us to reach that finish line! 

As we gear up and train to pound the pavement, will you consider supporting us by joining our team or donating towards our goal of $500 for the Canadian Cancer Society?
