On Australia Day, 25 Jan, I'll be diving into a 2.5km swim to raise funds for dementia research in memory of my beloved mother-in-law, Pat. Her journey with dementia was a challenging one, and it has inspired me to take on this physical challenge to contribute to the ongoing efforts in finding a cure and supporting those affected by this condition.
