Help Elaine raise money

Please consider helping me raise money to support heart patients that do not have the financial ability to participate in Cardiac Rehab after a significant heart event (Heart Failure, Myocardial Infarction, Percutaneous Coronary Intervention, Stable Angina, Valve Replacement, Peripheral Arterial Disease, Coronary Artery Bypass Graft, Heart Transplant). This program helps patients gain physical and emotional strength to return to a healthy rhythm of life.
