Help Anna raise money

Hi friends, family, and colleagues!

I am running the TCS half marathon on October 20, 2024, which I have been training for for the past 7 months or so. 

This year, I would like to fundraise for a local charity: Neighbourhood Link North York. 

I was touched by the stories from this organization and their impact. They do incredible work including organizing food banks for those in need. They also bring food and do social check-ins to those with chronic illnesses/have mobility challenges in our North York neighbourhood.

This charity also organizes resources for newcomers into Canada to acclimate to our neighbourhood and events for seniors to improve connection and prevent social isolation. 

I really believe in supporting our local communities, helping a neighbour out when we are able to, and have a "village effect" despite living in a big city. Even though we live in such a populated city, many people are isolated and lonely, and initiatives like this make a difference for our community well-being. 

My goal is to raise $750.
