Hello there,
Isorine here - Jamii's Alchemist (Executive and Artistic Director). I'm excited to be running 5km in the context of the TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon to raise funds for Jamii's LAINI program.
As a mother of two daughters who have been involved with LAINI since... they were born (!), I have seen first hand the impact participating in Jamii had on them, how they define who they are, how they perceive the world and how they get exposed to new things.
This is something I wish all the girls and young women of The Esplanade neighbourhood!
Join me in supporting this program and making a difference in our community and offer free artistic and creative programming to the local youth. Your donation will go directly to the program's expense, especially artists' fees who are leading the workshops.
