My Story…

We have been hearing and reading very frequently people are suffering with depression and other mental health issues, especially among the youth after the post pandemic era. Hong Fook Mental Health Association is not a mainstream charity but it has dedicated for 40 years to improving lives of Asian and other communities through Youth & Family Support, Psychotherapy, Clinical Service, Recovery, & Training programs to help the most needed in their mental health journey.

I am a strong supporter of Hong Fook charity. Please help me to reach my fund raising goal for this worthy charity. I am running on Oct 19, 2024 for 5k in the TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon, together with my wife Jenny and daughter Amy!
