We are a team of Hong Fook staff and volunteers making waves from a distance! While we might not cross the finish line with the crowds on race weekend, our commitment remains the same—whether we're running through busy city streets or along quiet trails. Supporting mental health in our Asian community is at the heart of everything we do.
