Hola, my name is Alana Marrero Gonzalez, I am the 2024-2025 President of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Puerto Rico Affiliate Chapter.
In 2021, I had the blessing of receiving the Academy Foundation Margene Wagstaff Fellowship for Innovation in Dietetics Education, this award helped me pay for my final tuition for my Doctorate in Clinical Nutrition.
My wish is to help other students and Academy members receive the help that I once needed. Together we are stronger and on October 7, I am running in gratitude for the help the Foundation did on my career, I hope that run serves as inspiration for others. No donation is too little, help others achieve their dreams!
