Thank you for visiting my Y Adventure fundraising page! 

My name is Noah and I’m raising money to run in Twin Cities Marathon on October 6th, 2024 for YMCA of the North’s Adventure Team, a cohort of 17+ camps and adventure programs that offer outdoor experiences for all ages, 365 days per year. Y Adventure is fundraising specifically to increase our equity, inclusion, and belonging efforts - including but not limited to scholarships, continued learning experiences for our staff, and more! Y Adventure is committed to creating inclusive, accessible spaces that acknowledge shared history and nurture diverse communities.

I wanted to participate in the grind that will be TC Marathon specifically because of the opportunity to support the programs that allow the camps and wild spaces that I love to be more accessible. Camp du Nord has had a lasting positive impact on my life since attending with my family at 5 years old and then having the opportunity to serve on their staff team before being part of Camp Northern Light's inaugural summer season. I owe much of my personal growth and positive relationship to natural spaces to these experiences at Y camps. I trust fully that the dedicated team with Y Adventure will use the funds raised to strengthen the Y's ability to serve community members in the Twin Cities in an impactful way and offer experience of positive growth in wild places to more people, everyone is deserving of this experience!
