Help Mike raise money

In support of the Special Olympics Minnesota, I am running the 10-mile "Short Cut to the Capitol" on October 6, 2024. From a backyard summer camp for people with intellectual disabilities to a global movement, Special Olympics has been changing lives and attitudes since 1968.

My sister Mary, who has Down Syndrome, turned 60 this year. Some of her greatest achievements include participating in the Special Olympics during its early years in the 1970s. Our family fondly remembers her accomplishments, especially the medals she won in track and field and swimming events.
