My Story…

The impact of Sudden Unexplained Death in Childhood (SUDC) is far reaching - parents, grandparents, siblings, friends - deal with the sudden loss of a loved one. 


When I was at my lowest, running brought me joy. I’m now using it as a vehicle being visibility and resources to a great cause that has impacted those I love. 


Support SUDC and the families they provide for on their time of need.
