Run or walk for a great cause!!!!

I've been working with an organization for several years making sure that individuals and families living with cystic fibrosis have access to exercise.  The previous organization CFLF has merged with Atlanta based M4CF (a group I ran the Atlanta 1/2 marathon with over 10 years ago!) and now rebranded as BreatheStrong CF.  https://breathestrongcf.org. They support families with:

* Exercise grants for up to $750

* Free virtual wellness program called BreatheStrong Plus.  A way to track and motivate for exercise and wellness activities, earn incentives for logging activity.

* A critical needs grant for those in who are GA residents.Support of other virtual exercise platforms to ensure exercise access for all.

If you'd like to help support the work that BreatheStrong CF is doing to make exercise accessible for all with CF, consider signing up for the virtual Big Peach Sizzler 5k or 10K held labor day weekend! The event is in person in Atlanta but there is a virtual option to allow all to support.
