As First Lady of Purdue University, my goal is to enhance alumni engagement, foster local community collaboration, and serve as a health-care advocate. The Challenge 5K brings the whole Purdue community together to raise funds that allow the institute to advance cancer detection, treatment, and prevention, a cause that I am passionate about. Every small step makes an impact—whether you decide to lace up your running shoes, create your own fundraising page, post to social media, sign up to volunteer, or donate.”
