Hello Friends & Family!

As many of you know, I’ve been a huge supporter of Triumph Cancer Foundation, an amazing non-profit supporting exercise-focused programs that empower adult cancer survivors to recapture their lives after cancer treatment at no cost to the participant. To sum up our mission in only a few words, Triumph builds community during the hardest times in people’s lives.

We have a lot of exciting events planned for 2024, including the Shamrock’n run supporting cancer survivors here in the Sacramento area.  My goal is to raise a minimum of $1000 that will all go directly back to the organization to support our survivors and current patients. Please help support me in this effort, even the smallest amount will help get to my goal.

I’ll end with this, last week I participated in our winter orientations hosting over 40 new program members.  We sat in a circle as I heard the stories of mothers, sisters, husbands, wives, children, friends and many more all telling their current stories and journeys. It was incredible to hear how strong these people are and reminded me to live life to the fullest each and every day.  I’m so thankful for my health, the health of my beautiful girls, and to have friends and family like you!
