My Story…
I live my life with Crohn's disease, a form of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD.) Sadly, both my parents also had Crohn's disease, and several other people that I love continue live with IBD. Running has been a way for me to deal with my Crohn's - it is a stress reliever, time on my own to think and something that I can control (And run on a treadmill and be close to facilities IYKYK!) Please consider supporting me as I run a 5K run in support of Crohn's and Colitis Canada.
