I still stare at your collar.

I still try to come to terms with the fact that you’re not here anymore. 

For 14 years you, you were always there.

There's moments in life you never forget.

I will never forget the day you came into my life.

I will never forget the day you left.

You might have had four legs and a tail,

But you were never just a dog to us 

And you never will be. 

To all of us, you were our best friend.

September 10, 2022, we lost our best friend. 

There are not enough words to justify how much we love and miss you. 

So, I will simply just say, 

Thank you.

Thank you for coming into our lives when we needed you the most. 

Thank you for showing us what true unconditional love looks like. 

Thank you for making our lives so much better. 

Thank you for the joy you brought into our home and family. 

There is no pain, so great as the memory of joy in present grief. 

You were the joy of all our lives. 

We loved you your whole life, 

We will miss you for the rest of ours 🌈.
