The Regina Early Learning Centre is a family and child development centre working with families to foster the healthy development of children, from prenatal to age five. We empower each family and child by offering need-based supports to ensure healthy, secure attachments with their children to provide the best chance at lifelong success. Central to the success of our families is a welcoming atmosphere and programs that build on each family's existing strengths.
