In my Bluenose 10km race this year I'm supporting the Canadian Mental Health Association!

CMHA Nova Scotia is a leading community-based mental health agency, supporting the resilience, recovery and well-being of people living with a mental illness and those experiencing mental health challenges across the province. 

CMHA provides support through a broad range of social, educational, specialized and internal program and training.
