My Story…
I am so excited to be back on Team Aninga for the Bluenose Marathon. This year marks the team's 10th anniversary and our group is larger and stronger than ever!
I will be participating in the Purple Cow 5KM event on Saturday, May 18, 2024. 100% of the funds I raise will benefit The Aninga Project.
For those who are unfamiliar with this cause, The Aninga Project is a dynamic grassroots organization started by my good friend, Jenny Benson Pratt. Since 2006, the organization has been raising funds and mobilizing a support network to educate and empower young women in East Africa. To learn more about this unique and important initiative, please visit https://www.aningaproject.ca/.
No donation is too small, so whatever you can give is welcome and appreciated. Donations of $5.00 or more will receive an official tax receipt.
Thank you so much for your generosity and support!
Description
Help The Aninga Project to educate and empower more girls in East Africa by joining our team today! All of the money that we raise together will be heading to Uganda and Democratic Republic of Congo to support the young women we have in school there.
