Hey there, folks! As I gear up for the Banff-Jasper relay, I've come to terms with the fact that my survival skills might be put to the ultimate test. With each step, I'll be questioning my life choices, wondering why the hell I signed up for this. But fear not, dear friends, for I am determined to push through the pain, even if it means crawling like a wounded sloth.
