Tamborine Mountain Relays & Marathon

This event is for runners/walkers who wish to complete a full marathon (42km) solo.

2-person relay with each person running alternate 7km loops or any other format as long as each runner covers 21.1km.

Each member of a 3 person team must run 1 X 7km loop, and then hand over to the next team member, then after each runner has run 1 X 7km leg the process is repeated.

Each team member is to run 1 X 7km loop, then hand over to the next team member until all members have run 1 X 7km.

Each Walker must complete 1 X 7km loop of the course, however because of our time constraints, members must walk each loop as part of a pair.
