My Story…
Hello, I recently signed up for my fourth consecutive marathon run in Philadelphia, which will be on November 24th.
I finished last year with my best time of 4:23 while I still have my sights set on breaking 4 hours! I am preparing this year with more swimming, biking, and speed work,
Big shout out to all who supported me along the way, we achieved $4637 last year and this year looking to raise the bar to $7500.
The support is paying off, recently one of my good friends was diagnosed with stage 4 colon and rectal cancer. He participated in an experimental program consisting of intense chemo and radiation and was able to avoid further surgery since the tumors were reduced. He had a recent check-up and was very happy to report no detectable cancer.
