Mi historia…

I was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease six years ago. Fortunately, I heard about Rock Steady Boxing and joined others in the fight against this so far incurable and progressive movement disorder. Cardiovascular exercise, along with advances in medical treatment, allow me to live a normal life. But not everyone is so lucky.  I box twice a week so we can kick PD's butt! Please join me. Thanks!
