The Reserve Force members of the Cadet Organizations Administration and Training Service (COATS) and the Civilian Instructors/Volunteers of the Canadian Cadet Organization have a duty to promote physical fitness as part of their leadership of Canada's Cadet youth.

We embark on this challenge to better ourselves, and in turn, those we supervise. We are raising funds as part of the campaign for Soldier On and Wounded Warriors Canada, in order to support the recovery of ill and injured CAF members and veterans by providing opportunities and resources through sport, recreational, and creative activities. It is an open team so that we remained inclusive of ALL adult staff in the CCO.
