My Story…
It's been a year since my mother escaped the Alzheimer's prison that held her captive in her own mind and body and many years since my father-in-law also escaped his dementia.
Imagine the torment they experienced and the pain of watching them suffer is why we are raising awareness and funds to help others. Please donate if you can; and when you can, always be kind - you never know what someone else is going through...

I am participating in the 2024 Constantine Yorkville Run, in support of the Alzheimer Society of Toronto (AST). AST is able to offer free programs, education, healthcare navigation, and counselling for individuals living with dementia and their families and care partners, because of supporters like you!
Please help me reach my goal by supporting a cause close to my heart!
