Choose from two family friendly distances: a 700m swim from downtown Kelowna to Hot Sands Beach, and a 1.4km across Okanagan Lake from West Kelowna to Hot Sands Beach. We've included a bus ride to the start of the 1.4km.

Swim from the Sails at the foot of Bernard Avenue in downtown Kelowna to Hot Sands Beach. Your friends and family can walk along the promenade to follow you as you swim!
