My Story…
Jake was diagnosed with Systemic Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (SJIA) on his 8th birthday. He is in full remission although the challenges he faced have shaped a kid who is so grateful for his health and mobility. He has been using his experience to help others by raising awareness of JIA and funds through his lemonade stands in Stratford, On and area. In 2022, he was awarded the Cassie + Friends Outstanding Youth leader Award! You can read more about Jake in the media here and here.
