The Nature Connection’s mission is to break down barriers so kids and families can get outside. At a time when kids spend only 4-7 minutes of unstructured time outdoors and more than seven hours a day on screens, this work is more important than ever. Time outside is proven to help kids build better social skills, increase their self-esteem, make stronger emotional connections to people and nature, and helps improve their grades.
